In 1975, graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations of the MFA of the USSR.
After graduation, Mr S.Razov took different posts in the Trade Representative Office of the USSR to China, the International department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the MFA of the USSR and Soviet diplomatic missions abroad.
From 1990 to 1992 – head of the Department of the Far Eastern countries and Indochina of the MFA of the USSR.
From 1992 to 1996 – Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Mongolia.
From 1996 to 1999 – director of the Department of the CIS countries of the MFA of the Russian Federation.
From 1999 to 2002 – Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Poland.
From March 2002 to June 2005 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
In June 2005 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of the Russian Federation to the People’s Republic of China.
PhD in economics, author of a number of research publications.
Has the rank of Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
Decorated with state awards.
Married, has a daughter and a son. |
